1. IMPACT OF MOTIVATION ON JOB SATISFACTION IN ITI, ALLAHBABAD AND HAL, LUCKNOW

Abstract: The purpose of this paper seeks explore the impact of Motivation on Job Satisfaction in public sector companies. Primary and secondary data has been used for the research. Motivation is the force that makes us do things; this is a result of our individuals needs being satisfied (or met) so that we have inspiration to complete the task. Job satisfaction is described as pleasurable or positive emotional state as a result of evaluation of the job or job experiences.
The study has been carried out at upper, middle and lower level of employees in Indian Telephone Industry, Allahabad and Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, Lucknow. The findings analysis indicates that respondents of HAL were more satisfied by the motivational factors and hence there was more job satisfaction as compare to the employees of ITI.

2. DESIGN AND FABRICATION OF SMART PARKING SYSTEM FOR BICYCLE

Abstract: Most of industries in our area lack of reliable information about the occupancy of on-street parking places in the inner districts of large cities that causes unnecessarily high amount of time for searching parking place. The present work is to design, fabricate and test model for smart parking system for bicycle service for on street spaces that has daily entries and exits and helps to reduce parking time.
The parking system has sensor by the name IR sensor that does a line-scan for the empty parking space. After that the empty parking space comes to the customer point, returns back to the parking point after loading the bicycle. This method reduces loss of time. It is important to learn the various steps involved in completing the project such as design methods, fabrication details and testing methods. Location of the project is another important aspect. Location is identified as Sohar port.

4. NOVEL APPROACH TO DESIGN IOT BASED INTELLIGENT INDUSTRIAL LOAD MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Abstract: This paper introduces a novel approach to integrate IOT with an intelligent Industrial Load Management System. A virtual control system is designed to balance the supply of electricity on the network with the electrical load of an industry by recovering heat from hot chemical gases to produce electricity and by disconnecting the low priority loads automatically during power shortage periods. This approach takes advantages of the LabView’s better hardware support, rapid configuration, MATLAB’s ability to perform complex calculations and newer innovations helping in cheaper ways of realising internet connected devices. An intelligent power generating system which works on waste heat recovery mechanism comprising a boiler turbine system is modeled using MATLAB and a human machine interface is developed using LabVIEW. The system that is modeled in MATLAB can be simulated by LabVIEW Simulation Interface Toolkit (SIT) toolkit. The SIT provides a seamless integration between MATLAB/Simulink and LABVIEW.

5. THE KILLER OF NATURE – ENVIRONMENTAL DEGRADATION
Abstract: The Presented summary paper target is to draw the attention of the public to the benefits of Environment and how we are connected to the Environment. To show that if there’s any change in the Environmental conditions, then how the conditions change in human beings lives. Living Being, whether a Human Being or Animals or plants, are all directly or indirectly Dependent on the Environment for their Survival. When asked truly it can be said that none of the living being can survive without the presence of Environment.
It is difficult to find absolutely natural environments, and it is common that the naturalness varies in a continuum, from ideally 100% natural in one extreme to 0% natural in the other. More precisely, we can consider the different aspects or components of an environment, and see that their degree of naturalness is not uniform.

6. IMAGE PROCESSING OF ANDROID-BASED PATROL ROBOT FEATURING AUTOMATIC LICENSE PLATE RECOGNITION

Abstract: This work develops an Android-based robot featuring automatic license plate recognition and automatic license plate patrolling. The automatic license plate recognition feature combines 4 self-developed novel methods, Wiener deconvolution vertical edge enhancement, AdaBoost plus vertical-edge license plate detection, vertical edge projection histogram segmentation stain removal, and customized optical character recognition. Besides, the automatic license plate patrolling feature also integrates 3 novel methods, HL2-band rough license plate detection, orientated license plate approaching, and Ad-Hoc-based remote motion control. Implementation results show the license plate detection rate and recognition rate of the Android-based robot are over 99% and over 98%, respectively, under various scene conditions. Especially, the execution time of license plate recognition, including license plate detection, is only about 0.7 second per frame on the Android-based robot.

7. STUDY ON ANXIETY LEVEL AMONG SCHOOL STUDENTS UNDERGOING HIGHER SECONDARY EXAMINATION
Abstract: Today anxiety is a common phenomenon of everyday life. It plays a crucial role in human life because all of us are victim of anxiety in different ways (Goodstein and Lanyon, 1975). The aim of this study was to assess the stress level of academic among the higher secondary school students. Sampling technique that was used for the selection of the sample in this case was convenience sampling based on inclusion and exclusion criteria with the sample size was 150. The research instruments are questionnaire method.
Collected data were statistically analyzed through descriptive statistics and inferential statistics and also findings could be useful for the students to know their level of anxiety and they can take up necessary and sufficient practices to reduce their anxiety.

8. A STUDY TO ASSESS THE LEVEL OF DEPRESSION IN PATIENTS WITH HIV INFECTION BY USING MODIFIED BECK DEPRESSION INVENTORY AT NAMAKKA
Abstract: AIDS is the most significant threat to the human race in the modern era. In 2013, the world registered 2.3 million new HIV infections, and while in some countries the number of people living with HIV is actually increasing, this can be taken as a good sign. The aim of this study was to assess the level of depression among HIV Patients. Sampling technique that was used for the selection of the sample in this case was convenience sampling based on inclusion and exclusion criteria with the sample size was 50. The research instruments are questionnaire method. Collected data were statistically analyzed through descriptive statistics and inferential statistics and also findings could be useful for the Patients to know their level of depression and they can take up necessary and sufficient practices to reduce their level of depression.

9. MEASUREMENT OF BODY PARAMETERS UNDER CRITICAL CONDITIONS (SMART SHIRT)

Abstract: This device which we have developed, is a microcontroller based project where we have used GSM & GPS technology and this will be fixed with the soldier and it keeps on monitoring their heart rate, blood pressure, their body temperature and their blood loss. It also tracks their latitude and longitude position by which we get their location. This information’s are send to the control room, where they get the information about all the soldiers and they analyze about the same.
When they recognize that there is an emergency they order the rescue team to take up the required steps. By this we are able to recover the injured soldiers and bring them to the military camp to hospitalize them and also to recover the bodies of the dead soldiers.

10. FORTIFYING SECURITY AND INTEGRITY IN CLOUD

Abstract: Data integrity and security are the main concerns in cloud. In this paper we propose an adequate and impressive scheme by using dynamic data support to ensure that the data in cloud is correct and error less. The new scheme proposed in this paper supports modification, deletion and updating the data blocks present in the cloud server. The main problem is the efficiency and security to verify that the storage server is storing the client’s outsourced data.
